As
a man, you might have some bad habits. Bad habits that we do not mean to
smuggle or steal money from local businesses with the threat, but only to the
extent the habit of smoking or doing something on a reasonable limit.
You
also may be a caffeine addict, or maybe you are one of those people who think
that sleep is a waste of time and should be spent more productively.
Whatever
it is, we must have one or more bad habits. Therefore, the following is a
reminder to determine how much you can indulge yourself without having to
destroy the body and mind.
Seasonal smokers
We've
all heard of someone who claims that he is a 'social smoker or smoke only in
certain situations'. Maybe you also call themselves as such. Smokers seasonal
mean you just enjoy smoking in certain times, such as in nightclubs or when the
vacation (and satisfaction after smoking is certainly a satisfaction because
people see).
And
a smokers seasonal or because of the condition is another word for healthy
smokers. If there are seven days a week, smoked a few sticks in a day or two
will not damage your health. These habits are in control, and not an addiction.
The
bad news, no smoking is not harmful to health. There is no safe limit of
consumption of cigarettes.
According
to a recent report from U.S. Surgeon General ', a cigarette can even trigger
the risk of heart attack or stroke, and research in 2009 showed that a
cigarette can stretch the artery at the age of 18-30 years to 25%.
In
other words, if you do not need to smoke during the week, stop smoking on the
weekends is an easy and quick way to maintain your health.
Another glass before going home?
So
if you do not smoke at all, at least you can drink, right? Actually, yes.
Advocacy, a safe limit for drinking is three to four shots per day.
The
problem is equivalent to four shots with two regular size glasses of beer. It
was not a problem for your regular drinking after work but very unlikely if you
want to spend one full night. So, if you are going to not exceed the limit
while not harmful to health?
Many
experts, including specialists from the UK Alcohol Health Alliance, assume that
some people are able to restrict. They said that you should at least have two
or three alcohol free days a week. But they also say that the old advice about
the limits of 21 shots in a week is better than the recommended daily limits of
the new. So you can enjoy more in a drink without feeling guilty, as long as
you do not eat half a cup 10 in a half weeks.
Enjoy coffee
Prohibited
from smoking and drinking will make you stress, but most people still need
something to accompany them through the day. And it is coffee.
People
with high blood pressure and pregnant women are advised to limit consumption of
caffeine, but most of us can consume as much coffee as we want, right?
Less
is more like it. There is no evidence to suggest that long-term effect of
coffee. However, some experts still recommend that limit consumption of
caffeine is 300 mg per day and is comparable to three cups of coffee. Consuming
more than the dose perhaps can cause you have trouble of sleeping. For some
people will cause anxiety.
But there is no official
guidance, because everyone is different sensitivity levels. Set limits on your
own, but if you keep three glasses per day limit it will be better.
Gambling?
No doubt, it's fun to
gamble, whether it's used to playing poker with your peers or professional
gambling.
And
that's fine, if you obey the rules of the most effectual. Start with the number
that makes you not feel lost if you lose, and do not gamble with more money, no
matter how confident you win, you still might lose. Stay away from games to bet
large amounts that can make you lose a lot quickly. Stop when you are lucky, or
you will lose at all.
Reasonable
gamble will make your evening enjoyable. But otherwise if you had from the
outset is not ready to lose or you want to win money for something important
like to pay the rent.
Pamper
yourself wisely, but if gambling makes you unhappy or anxious, better stay away
from it.
Sleepless nights
Men
are the people who rarely ever sleep at night. We can only examine what are the
things that should have been done weeks ago.
Rarely
slept at a given time will not cause long-term effects, but may make you
unproductive. If you do not sleep, you have to do any activity that would not
go well, be it works exams or even a date.
And
do not forget, sleep is the most evil tormentor. After several days without
sleep you will walk unsteadily like a zombie. After a few weeks, you may die.
Of
course, it is not likely to happen to you. But sleep is essential for mental,
balance, healing, memory and preventing depression and anxiety. Even the fact
that can not be explained, that people who rarely sleep will be obese.
Scientific
research shows that seven hours (instead of eight) is the most appropriate
duration for most people, and if you are busy, satisfy yourself by sleeping in
the next week is a good idea.
