5 Healthy Foods for your child's brain development


Food not only affects physical health, but also the brain. Children need proper nutrition to enhance their brainpower.

Good nutrition from the food can improve brain and memory skills of children, so they become more adept at memorizing or remembering things. Here is a good food for your child's intelligence.

1. Milk

Dairy products like yogurt, etc.: Milk and other dairy products are a rich source of protein, potassium calcium, and vitamin D. All essential nutrients are the key to the development of the neuromuscular system, neurotransmitters, enzymes, and brain tissue. Children and people in the age group of teenagers are in the growth stage, so they need lots of nutrients.


2. All types of berries

All types of berries are containing virtually all of the essential brain nutrients. Berries are a food source rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin C which helps in reducing oxidative stress. Various kinds of berries such as strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and much more are good for your child.


3. Eggs and nuts

Choline is an important element for the development of memory stem cells. It is contained in the egg. Nuts also have lots of choline. These compounds can increase the production of memory cells in the brain stem.


4. Whole grain

Vitamin B and glucose found in grains such as oat meal and brown rice makes it a healthy brain food for your child. Our bodies need a regular supply of glucose provided by the grain. Vitamin B improves blood flow in our nervous system which is one major factor in keeping all our organs remain active, including the brain.

5. Salmon

Salmon is a food source rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA. It's very important for proper development of the brain. Research shows that people who eat fish have a memory sharper than those not taking them.
