Euthanize the child often turns into a confusing disaster. Children often tend to be difficult to put to sleep and being fussy.

Create a schedule

Some families make bedtime activities including bathing, eating, brushing, and reading bedtime stories. Others prefer video, toothbrushes, and mingle with the kids before bedtime. When the children already know the schedule in the afternoon, they will be more comfortable with this process and not fussy.


Involve the kids

A mother should let her child choose what clothes you want to use while sleeping, and what you want to read the story. In this way, the child can understand that after this time to sleep.


Choosing a favorite story

Sometimes children are very tired and wanted to sleep more quickly than usual. You have to deal with a fixed bedtime routine as usual, but the clock is moved forward.


Snacks

Drink warm milk before bed is considered effective to make a deep sleep. Although there are no specific foods that can make a deep sleep, eat a light meal a few hours before bedtime can prevent children from starving in the middle of the night.
