women still have to maintain the nutrition of the fetus in the womb so they

Ramadan fasting during pregnancy

doctors believe there are physical health benefits of fasting for pregnant
women. So if pregnant women never have serious past experience in health problems,
and has a strong physical, then the fasting of Ramadan can be done. The thing
to remember is to avoid stress as much as possible, adequate rest, proper
nutrition and eating at dawn and break the fast.
The problem of morning sickness?

Tips when fasting for pregnant women

maintain the health of mothers and fetuses.
Health problems
Some
health problems like diabetes, kidney disorders, liver, asthma, high blood
pressure, risk of premature, carrying twins, and other symptoms of pregnancy
should be considered. Because of these health problems, pregnant women usually
advised not to have fast during Ramadan.
Some reasons for pregnant women can break their fast
Signs
such as dizziness, difficulty breathing, blurred vision; feel weak the movement
of the baby, become enough reason to break the fast that undertaken by pregnant
women. It needs to be done (break the fast) in order to maintain the health and
safety of mother and fetus.
For
pregnant women who leave the fast of Ramadan, then they still have to replace
it on another day as Fasting in Ramadan is an obligation by Muslims.
