Preparations During the holy month of Ramadan Fasting (Part 5)


Trying to remain patient and calm is easy to say, but difficult to implement.


 Controlling Anger

Ramadan is time saving rewards. But how can reward savings when the mind is burning emotions? Hold back your emotions into a tough challenge during fasting. Trying to remain patient and calm is easy to say, but difficult to implement. Like a computer, software innate emotion is embedded in the human soul. If emotions too often spill over, your mind can hang.


1. Divert Attention

If you are dealing with the issues that sparked emotion, immediately turn your attention to other things more important. Too focused on the issue can make your stress and difficulty concentrating.


2. Avoid the center of the conflict

When you fight with your partner, what's he doing? Men tend to choose to leave the conflict even though fighting has not reached the exit. Not that he tried to run away from problems. He just wanted to relieve emotional problems end up with a calm mind.


3. Smile

5. Vent emotions in a positive way

Vent emotions is good. As long as you do in a positive way. Pour your anger through exercise, such as kickboxing or racquetball. You can also express their feelings through music, or just sharing stories with friends.
