Soup, the right dish served when iftar and dawn


MEAT BROCOLI SOUP RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:

500 gram beef, cut according to taste
200 grams of broccoli
1 liter of water
3 tablespoons of seasoning white base
2 tablespoons ginger, crushed
6 pimento seeds
3 cm cinnamon
1/4 nutmeg, crushed
3 pieces of leek, cut into 1 cm
salt and pepper to taste
3 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, diced
3 tomatoes cut according to taste


COMPLEMENTARY:

Pickled cucumber and chill
Fried chips
Soy sauce
Lime
Chili stew


HOW TO MAKE:

Rinse beef and drain. Boil the meat with ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg until soft, remove from heat. Add seasonings and white base, salt, and pepper, bring to a boil again. Enter the potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and cook until the vegetables cooked, remove from heat. Prepare a bowl, pour the soup, good tomato slices, and sprinkle with celery, scallions, and fried onions. Serve with fried chips, lemon juice, chili sauce, pickled cucumber chili, soy sauce. You can also serve white rice combine with meat broccoli soup.

SNAPPER SOUP RECIPE
