CALAMARI SALAD RECIPE



This dish can be your favorite.

INGREDIENTS :

300 g squid, cleaned
3 cloves garlic, mashed
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
150 gram flour seasoning ready mix
cooking oil to taste


COMPLEMENTARY :

1 small red onion, thinly sliced
10 cherry tomatoes cut into pieces
1 Japanese cucumber, cut into matchsticks
200 g Lettuce


SAUCE :

5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard


HOW TO MAKE :

Peel the skin of the squid and cut into rings. Sprinkle squid with garlic, salt, and pepper until blended. Dip the squid into beaten egg and roll in the flour until blended spices. Fried squid until cooked and dry, remove and drain. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard, stirring until blended. Prepare a serving plate, arrange Lettuce, Japanese cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and fried squid. Pour sauce on top and serve.

Results: 3 person servings
