INGREDIENTS :
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely
chopped
1 tablespoon flour
750 ml of liquid milk
salt, sugar, and pepper to
taste
1 piece of sweet corn,
boiled
1 carrot, cut into pieces,
boiled
200 g broccoli, cut per bud,
boiled
5 stems of beans, cut into
pieces, boiled
HOW TO MAKE :
Heat butter, saute onion and
garlic until fragrant. Put the flour, stir well. Pour the milk, add salt,
sugar, and pepper, and cook until boiling. Put in the corn, carrots, broccoli,
and beans, stir, remove from heat and serve warm.
