Meat Steak with Oriental Sauce
can be an option menu to pamper your family.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of meat, hard
boiled, chopped
100 grams of Thai sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely
chopped
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 cm ginger, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon margarine
VEGETABLES:
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic
100 gram corn
1 carrot cut in oblique
200 grams of broccoli
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
salt, sugar, and pepper to
taste
HOW TO MAKE:
Marinate
the meat with Thai sauce, garlic, oyster sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper until
blended. Let stand for 30 minutes. Heat margarine in pan on grill and cook meat
until fragrant and browned, remove from heat.
Stir Vegetables:
Heat
butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the corn, carrots,
broccoli, peppers, salt, sugar, and pepper, cook until done, remove from heat.
Serve steak with sauteed vegetables meat.
