Preparations During the holy month of Ramadan Fasting (Part 3)


There are certain rules that need attention in order not to disturb during fasting.


Exercise.

Fasting does not mean you are out exercising. Exercise when fasting is important to do in order to maintain body fitness. Obviously there are certain rules that need attention in order not to disturb the smooth of fasting.


1. Sports before breaking fast

Slide your sports schedule that was originally in the morning into the afternoon before breaking. Fill time with casual jogging or doing other exercise for 15-30 minutes. When exercising, your body needs more fluids. Exercising close to breaking the fast makes you do not have to wait long to replace the fluid in the body.


2. Light exercise

Choose something light and not tiring. Like cycling, walking, and yoga that you can choose to have exercise in the fasting month.


3. Reduce the duration of exercise

When fasting, you are advised to reduce the portion of exercise to 50%. If you usually jogging around the field with up to 5 rounds, you can deduct up to 2 rounds.


4. Warming Up

Do not forget to warm up before exercising to avoid injury and muscle soreness. So is the cool down afterward.


5. Keep your intake of vitamins and nutrients

Complete menu when breaking and dawn with vitamins, protein, and calcium. Consumption of a glass of warm milk at dawn and breaking fast with orange juice can keep you fresh and healthy.
