Tomato Corn Soup Recipe



In order not to always cook the same soup, Tomato Corn Soup recipe is worthy of your family collection.
  
INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
20 tail shrimp, peeled, leaving tail
750 ml broth
1 piece of sweet corn, boiled
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
2 tomatoes, diced
1 leek, cut into pieces
salt, pepper, and sugar to taste


HOW TO MAKE:

Heat oil and sesame oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Pour broth, and cook until boiling. Enter the shrimp, cook until it changes color. Enter the sweet corn, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir well. Add egg white, stirring quickly. Then pour the cornstarch solution and cook until cooked and thickened. Remove and serve warm.

Results: 4 servings
