MUSHROOM ASPARAGUS SOUP



In addition to healthy, asparagus is also making fresh. Mushroom Asparagus Soup recipe combined with shrimp, please try.

 INGREDIENTS :

5 asparagus spears cut into pieces
100 g button mushrooms, cut into pieces
10 fish shrimp, peeled leaving tail skin
1 leek, cut into pieces
1 stalk celery, conclude
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
600 ml of water
salt and pepper to taste


HOW TO MAKE:

Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Pour the water, and cook until boiling. Add the asparagus and celery, and cook until wilted. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper then cook until it changes color. End, add the mushrooms, scallions, and cook until done, remove from heat and serve.

Results: 3 servings
